FAQ

Can I bring my own decorations?

  • Our venue is already beautifully decorated as an Enchanted Garden, however our Create Your Own Party Package includes decorations, and they can be added to other packages as an add-on.  Visit our Party Add Ons Page for pricing information. No other decorations will be allowed unless previously discussed and approved by management. 

Can I bring my own character performer?

  • Character performers outside the ones rented through us will not be allowed. This is to protect the safety of our guests.  The performer needs to be cleared and in good moral standing to be able to enter our premises to perform. Visit our Party Add Ons Page for pricing information.

How do I book a party?

  • Please call us at 813.442.4558 to book your party. A 50% deposit of the package price is required to reserve the date and time for your party.

How do I book an Individual Service or a Day Spa Package?

  • Individual Services or Day Spa Package can be booked on line.  A $10 deposit per person is needed to book your appointment.  You can also call us at 813.442.4558 to book over the phone. 

What is the age range to receive Spa Services?

  • Most of our kids are between the ages of 5-11 years old, however we've had them as young as 2 to 13 years old.

What is your cancellation policy?

Is food, drinks, cake, favors and/or tableware included?

  • The Create Your Own Party Package is the ONLY package that includes all the items in question. These items are not included in any other package, parents are encouraged to bring their own food, drinks and tableware.  

What kind of food is allowed?

  • Only cold or room temperature food is allowed. The venue is not equipped with warming appliances nor refrigerator. Adults can eat anytime during the party.  Kids will eat after the fun activities around the last 30 minutes before the party ends. Please do not bring big meals or catering services as there will not be enough time to enjoy the food,  Additional party time can be added to the total of the package as an Add On if desired.

Can I add a Spa Service to my Party Package?

  • Yes, you may add an additional service for $10 per guest as an add on.  However, this will require extra party time.  15 minutes per additional service and needs to be added at the time of booking. 

Is the spa open everyday?  

  • No. Since all services, parties and events are by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
